Viewing your payment receipt

In order to view your payment receipt, follow the steps below.

1. Login to your Prott account and click on your profile image located on the top right hand corner of your screen. Click on the settings icon. 
2. Click on Plan and hit Invoice history. 
3. A pop-up screen will appear showing your entire invoice history. Click on the grey button that says, Receipt to print.

A pdf format of your payment receipt will be generated and will look something like this. You will be able to download and print the payment receipt to keep for your records.

I can't see the Receipt button

The Receipt button will only be visible to those who are on a paid plan. If you have upgraded your plan while on your free trial, please wait for the free trial period to end in order for the Receipt button to be displayed.
