Duplicate hotspot across multiple screens

If you have a widely used hotspot (interactive area) that shows up on more than one screen (such as the navigation bar for example), you can duplicate it all in one go across multiple screens instead of setting it one screen at a time! Simply follow the steps outlined below.

Copy and paste across a group of screens

  1. Select the hotspot you would like to copy and press ⌘+C (Ctrl+C).
  2. From the group of screens that you'd like to paste the hotspot to, click on the first screen, hold the shift key and select the last screen in the group.
  3. Press ⌘+V (Ctrl+V) to see the hotspot copied across all screens.

Copy and paste across a select group of screens

  1. Select the hotspot you would like to copy and press ⌘+C (Ctrl+C).
  2. Hold the ⌘ (Ctrl) key and select the screens that you want the hotspot copied to.
  3. Press ⌘+V (Ctrl+V). You will see the hotspot copied across the select screens.
