How do I cancel my plan?

I want to cancel my plan now even though there's still time left on my current plan
- Start off by logging into your Prott account.
- Head to the right hand corner of the screen and click on your profile image and click on the settings icon.
- Click on the tab that says Upgrade and click the Select button under the Free plan.
- You'll receive the following message asking you to confirm if you want to downgrade to the Free plan. Confirm by clicking on Yes.
By downgrading to the Free plan, you'll no longer be debited going forward.
I downgraded to the Free plan but it shows that the funds were debited. What do I need to do?
If you've followed the steps above but you see that your funds have already been debited, this is because you've downgraded after the plan was automatically renewed. In this case, please reach us on chat (click on the chat box from the bottom left hand corner) or email us at email@example.com so we can better look into your issue.
If I downgrade to the Free plan, will my projects that I created be erased?
Not to worry. Downgrading to the Free plan will not erase your projects. However, you'll only be able to have one project and only edit one project at a time. This means if you have more than one project, you'll need to archive the rest.
